At Desserts by Pinaz, we bake every order fresh after it's placed on our website. Because of this commitment to freshness,we can only accommodate order cancellations before your order is shipped.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, you will receive a refund within 48-72 hours of cancellation. Please note that refunds may take some time to process depending on your payment method.
How to Cancel Your Order:

Once Shipped, No Cancellations:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for orders that have already been shipped. This is because our products are perishable and are baked specifically for your order.
No Returns on Food Products:
Due to the nature of our products being food items, we are unable to accept returns.
