Refund Policy
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Refunds will be processed within 48-72 hours upon complete investigation of the cause of the refund. Our Policy for the refund will be as follows:
We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts & deliver best products for our clients.
In case that we have shipped a wrong product we will immediately process a replacement (or refund in case of non-availability of the product requested by the customer) for the same subject to receiving & inspection of product by Desserts by Pinaz
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund subject to following terms:
- Refund is only applicable in case of wrong product shipped from our bakery, there will be no returns since they are food products.
- Discounted products cannot be returned & there will be no refund for the same
